Today the yellowfins wee scarce but a handful of boats were hit by bigeye tunas. Some were fortunate and hooked as many as 8 fish at once. We only had 3 bites, hooked 2, pulled one off close to boat and caught a 100 pounder. Thanks to Matt McCartney and crew from...

5-16, Slower fishing today

A lot slower yellowfin fishing today but we did manage 4 nice yellowfins and one gaffer dolphin. Some guys were more fortunate and ended up with 10 or 12 tunas.

Box full of Tunas!

Today we had Bob Scott and gang from Maryland. Started out a little choppy but got prettier and the tunas cooperated for us. 14 fish weighed 576lbs and sent us home early. A good sign of tunas over a big area and gaffer dolphin showing up off Hatteras so should be...
