CHARTER TRIP INFORMATION
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRINGWe attempt to make your fishing trip as convenient, safe, and comfortable as we possibly can. To help meet your personal needs during the trip, here are some things you need to bring: Lunch, snacks, beverages, cooler, sunscreens, sunglasses, camera and film or tapes, foulweather gear and seasonal clothing. Motion sickness medicine can be inexpensive insurance to make sure you have a good fishing trip. Consult with your physician. PRICING & SCHEDULEOffshore, Gulf Stream fishing trips leave the dock at 5:30AM and return between 4:00PM and 5:00PM. Charter price for 2007, fishing out of Pirate's Cove, is $1500. A deposit of $500 is required upon booking confirmation. Additional expenses include a tip for the mate which, normally, is $150 to $250. Fish cleaning services are available at the marina. "Bi-Op-Sea"Bi-Op-Sea is a custom built "Carolina" charter boat, specifically designed, engineered, and constructed for the waters off the Outer Banks. Previously the For Play'n, Bi-Op-Sea underwent a major refit during the winter of 2006-2007. She now has new fuel tanks holding 1400 gallons of fuel, a mezzanine cockpit layout, larger generator, icemaker and many upgrades to the interior. Twin 1,000 HP Cats provide a Cruise speed of 30 knots for fast access to the Gulf Stream. Bi-Op-Sea is equipped with heat and air conditioning to assure your comfort in all kinds of weather. "State-of-the-Art" navigation and fish finding equipment help provide you the safest and most reliable sport fishing opportunity available in the world today. We are outfitted with the most modern tackle, from Shimano TLD 20's to Penn 130's to challenge any gamefishing situation which may present itself. PROVISIONSWe provide bait, tackle, and ice. You may bring your favorite rod, if you
wish, as long as it is in good condition with fresh line matched to the gamefish you are seeking. We carry a lot of ice to insure that your catch is in the best condition possible when it hits the dock. You will need a large cooler to take your catch home. We strongly recommend 1 to 2 pounds of ice for each pound of fillets. This assures that your catch will arrive at its destination in excellent condition for your dinning preparation and enjoyment.
